I’ve never really written about wrestling before, but since I’m doubling down on trusting my gut, I’m gonna give it a try. I’m going to refrain from using any of the usual terms when talking about this stuff, and treat it for what it is: a television show. No faces, no heels, nothing about workrate, no esoteric minutia about star ratings, just characters and personalities that happen to be working in a dangerous profession in front of a live crowd.
